I've had cookies before but this one takes the cak....cookie! I had a taste of the white part of the cookie - I'm such a mashugana that I'm saving the rest of it for this evening's dessert - and it was divine. I do love the lemony taste and the feel and texture was perfect. All this and raising an infant too! How do you do it! Now for that yummy, bumpy , beautifulicious chocolate chip cookie.....mmmm. Wowie! I’ve had cookies before but this one takes the cak….cookie! Are you that sleep deprived? They were awesome, man! I teethed on black and whites and have black marketed dozens of them over the years to Chicago and LA family, so I know my b & w's. Doug, this was superb. If I didn't know they were vegan, I would never have guessed. You've got the cake part down perfectly. Please remember to dump too much lemon extract again. My compliments and thanks for sharing them with us. I haven't tried the chocolate chip cookie yet; I've got to ration my sugar intake and have to wait, but from what I remember the Hunter group saying last time about them, I can't wait. But I have to.
